Abstrak

Dewasa ini, perubahan pola hidup masyarakat dalam memenuhi kebutuhan dan bertransaksi menyebabkan layanan e-commerce dan teknologi finansial (fintech) tumbuh secara signifikan. Gojek dan Tokopedia sebagai penyedia layanan fintech dan e-commerce melihat hal tersebut sebagai peluang sehingga upaya untuk memperkuat bisnis melalui proses merger dilakukan (PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia). Hal ini diikuti dengan pengintegrasian GoPay sebagai layanan pembayaran utama di Tokopedia. Di sisi lain, Indonesia memasuki era bonus demografi dimana kelompok usia muda (17-24 tahun) mendominasi jumlah penduduk dengan proporsi terbesar, menjadikannya sebagai pasar yang potensial untuk melakukan penetrasi layanan. Namun, beragamnya kondisi sosiokultural memberikan tantangan dalam proses penetrasi. Oleh sebab itu, analisis mengenai faktor yang mempengaruhi adopsi perlu dilakukan agar perusahaan dapat memformulasikan strategi penetrasi yang tepat. Integrasi UTAUT2 dan TTF digunakan sebagai model untuk menjabarkan faktor perilaku adopsi. Sebanyak 100 responden berusia 17-24 tahun dijadikan sampel dan metode SEM-PLS digunakan untuk melakukan analisis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan variabel task technology fit, ekspektasi kinerja, motivasi hedonis, nilai harga, dan kebiasaan terbukti secara signifikan mempengaruhi intensi pengguna.

 

Abstract

The changing lifestyles of society have significantly influenced the growth of e-commerce and financial technology (fintech) services. Gojek and Tokopedia as providers of fintech and e-commerce services perceive this as an opportunity to strengthen their business through a merger process (PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia). This initiative accompanied by the integration of GoPay as the primary payment service in Tokopedia. Furthermore, Indonesia is experiencing a demographic bonus er, where the young age group (17-24 years) dominates the population, making it a potential market for service penetration. However, the diverse socio-cultural conditions present challenges in the penetration process. Therefore, an analysis of the factors influencing adoption is necessary for companies to formulate appropriate penetration strategies. The integration of UTAUT2 and TTF models is used to examine the factors influencing behavioral adoption. A sample of 100 respondents aged 17-24 years was selected, and the SEM-PLS method was employed for empirical data analysis. The research findings indicate that task technology fit, hedonic motivation, price value, performance expectancy, and habit significantly influence user intention.
