Perancangan Antarmuka dan Pengalaman Pengguna pada Prototipe Aplikasi Operasional Notaris menggunakan Metode Ethnographic Field Studies dan User Centered Design

Abstrak

Notaris adalah salah satu pekerjaan dalam bidang hukum yang mewajibkan untuk hadir sebagai saksi pada saat dilakukan kesepakatan atau perjanjian. Hal ini mengharuskan notaris untuk kerap melakukan pekerjaan di luar kantor, sehingga untuk melihat dokumen yang disimpan secara manual di kantor membutuhkan bantuan dari staf. Oleh karena itu, agar seluruh informasi yang tersimpan di kantor dapat diakses dengan mudah dari mana saja, diperlukan suatu platform tersentralisasi untuk menunjang kebutuhan operasional notaris. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan metode ethnographic field studies dan pendekatan user centered design. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui pengamatan secara etnografi dan partisipasi aktif melalui diskusi dengan pemangku kepentingan di kantor Notaris & PPAT Ferry Ramdhan Afdal, S.H., M.Kn. Berdasarkan analisis dan pemetaan kebutuhan dari data yang dikumpulkan, dilakukan perancangan dengan hasil 24 halaman prototipe aplikasi berbasis mobile yang bersifat high-fidelity. Untuk menguji kesesuaian rancangan dengan kebutuhan dari pemangku kepentingan, dilakukan usability testing terhadap 5 notaris berbeda menggunakan metrik success rate dengan hasil rata-rata sebesar 97,2% dan kuesioner system usability scale yang menghasilkan skor 93 dari maksimal 100, grade A, dan adjective rating kategori Excellent.


Abstract


Notary is one of the jobs in the legal field with the obligation to be present as a witness when an agreement is being made. This requires the notary to often work outside the office, and to view documents stored manually in the office, they need assistance from their staff. Therefore, so that all information stored in the office can be accessed easily from anywhere, a centralized platform is needed to support the operational needs of a notary. The research was conducted using ethnographic field studies and user centered design method. Data was collected through ethnographic observations and active participation through discussions with stakeholders at the office of Notary & PPAT Ferry Ramdhan Afdal, S.H., M.Kn. Based on requirement analysis and mapping from the data collected, a design was carried out with the results of 24 pages of high-fidelity mobile-based application prototypes. To test the suitability of the design with the needs of stakeholders, usability testing was carried out on 5 different notaries using success rate metrics with an average rate of 97.2% and system usability scale questionnaire resulting in a score of 93 out of a maximum of 100, grade A, and an adjective rating of Excellent category.
