Model Evaluasi Usability Menggunakan Confirmatory Factor Analysis pada KRS Online

Abstrak

Saat ini, pengembangan sistem perangkat lunak komputer tidak hanya masalah fungsional. Antarmuka perangkat lunak sudah mulai menjadi fokus dalam pengembangan perangkat lunak saat ini. Evaluasi antarmuka digunakan untuk bahan perbaikan kekurangan antarmuka yang sulit dimengerti dan digunakan. Evaluasi usability merupakan fokus evaluasi oleh pengguna terhadap sistem untuk mengetahui seberapa mudah dipelajari dan digunakan sistem. Penelitian ini akan menghasilkan model yang valid dari beberapa model usability yang dianalisa menggunakan Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA). Evaluasi usability juga dilakukan untuk mendapatkan nilai seberapa tingkat kebergunaan dari antarmuka KRS Online ini. Hasil eksperimen menunjukkan model kedua adalah model yang valid dengan loading factor dari usability ke Kemampuan Belajar 1.00, Usability ke Daya Ingat sebesar 1.00, Usability ke Efisiensi sebesar 0.86, Usability ke Kesalahan sebesar 0.73, dan Usability ke Kepuasan sebesar 0.73. Hasil pengukuran usability ini didapat bahwa nilai tertinggi pada variabel “Daya Ingat” dengan nilai rata – rata responden 4,19, dan nilai terendah pada “Error” dengan nilai rata – rata 2,9 dengan skala 5. Hasil pengujian model terdapat 1 hipotesis yang menyatakan tidak ada pengaruh positif antara variabel mudah menerima informasi secara detail dan spesifik pada KRS online, dengan responden dapat memahami isi dan konten informasi yang ditampilkan pada KRS online dengan mudah. Nilai terendah inilah yang perlu dijadikan perhatian dalam hal perbaikan sistem ke depan.

 

Abstract


Nowadays, the development of computer software systems is not just a functional analysis. At this time, the software interface has begun to become a focus in software development. Interface improvements start with an interface evaluation. Usability evaluation is the focus of the assessment by users of the system to find out how easy to learn and use the system. This research aims to find valid models from several usability models that are analyzed using Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA). Usability evaluation was also doing in this study to get the value of the usability level of this KRS Online interface. The experimental results show the second model is a valid model with a loading factor from Usability to Learning Ability of 1.00, Usability to Memory of 1.00, Usability to Efficiency of 0.86, Usability to Error of 0.73, and Usability to the satisfaction of 0.73. Results of usability measurement found that the highest value on the variable "Memory" with an average value of 4.19, and the lowest value on "Error" with an average value of 2.9 within 5 scale. The results of the model test the hypothesis that there is one there is no positive influence between the variables easily receive detailed and specific information about KRS online, with respondents able to understand the contents and the contents of the information displayed on KRS online with ease. This lowest value needs to be a concern for future system improvements.
